BeepClock is a web application for simple, transparent time tracking and attendance monitoring. Employees clock in and out on a TimeLok recorder (RFID card, key fob, PIN or fingerprint), the recorder sends every event to the cloud, and BeepClock turns them into attendance lists, breaks and monthly summaries.
The app runs in any modern browser — Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS. There is nothing to install; everything happens at app.beepclock.com.
Compatible recorders
- TimeLok 200 (NWEPI) — built-in WiFi
- TimeLok 300 (NWEPBI) — WiFi and an internal backup battery
- TimeLok 400 (NWEPBI4G) — WiFi, battery and a 4G modem slot

Quick start
- Create an account at app.beepclock.com/register — every new customer gets a 30-day free trial.
- Connect the recorder to your network and to BeepClock.
- Add employees in the app — they sync to the recorder automatically.
- Check attendance and reports and set up rounding, night shifts and automatic clock-out.
